Shrinking technics

Its easy really...

1. Clean your rear screen with Mr. Sheen first

2. Don't apply the film on the rear screen right away

3. Pull apart your doors (if needed) & cut out your side windows

4. Shrink your side windows with water & soap (if needed)

then..

5. Apply your film on the rear screen

6. A light spray of Mr. Sheen on vertical sides of the rear screen (just to hold the film on the rear screen)

7. Shrink away with heatgun (Doesn't have to be superhot) 

8. You can use your hand or 3m card or a cloth wrapped around your card

 

You'll see that it'll just shrink to any shape rear window

I remember those powder days, long time ago now. Been soaping for many years now. Tried Mr Sheen, prefer it on my woodwork. Each to their own though! If you haven't tried the soap method or dryer sheets etc and you are still using powder give it a go.
