'morning all...

hey roach... got busy yes5erday and u asked if people pay missed appointment fee. Well we send it to collections. So will go against their credit. And the best is when they call cause they got the bill and their pisssssseeeddd...... well think how i felt.the best was onetime this guy brrings his lifted mudtruck filthy as hell for a r&r2 hours late. I open truck door and trash is fallin out covered i dirt. So between other cars im ripin tint and when i finally try to tint it it always had dirt. So i was gonna have hime get it detailed and the i tint it. He didnt wanna pay for removal because i didnt get his truck done. We had even discussed it on phone and he seemed to get it . He just wanted labor for free. Nope . Sent him the bill instaed of him yelling in my store front. Good times

And the best is another custy thats was there when dude came in yelling about it,booked with for tent and was calling guy jackass. So really i gained a sale from the way he saw me deal with angry dude

I found that a Bic lighter is a good tool to use to remove pinches and little creases from film.

 Have used a lighter many of times to heat up a small finger on a windshield strip because I was tired of getting in and out of a lifted truck and was easier just to reach in my pocket.
