Dryer sheet on interior while installing

Recommended Posts

Hey guys i had this customer come in the other day and asked if i have ever installed the windshield tint with dryer sheet on the inside.

So you would shrink the film as normal, then clean the inside of your windshield as normal, heres the kicker, he said at this point you wet the inside of the windshield, wipe it with a dryer sheet, then install your film as normal. He says that the windshield comes out clean and flawless.... thoughts? anyone tried this?

Thank you :)

Yeah, I really don't see where that could be a good idea at all. :wrong   We know what wet dryer sheet does to the outside.   :gasp
