As shown above, that is the Statute listed on the application.  As @jh812 stated, the problem will be metering right at 20% and not less because they will fail you.  Ideally you need to find a 25% film to get as close as possible, but options are very limited at that shade.  Most likely will have to do a 30% to meter down to 25-27% on the vehicle.  Still better than the legal limit, but not a mind blowing difference.

:yeah what I typically use. One guy tried just installing 20 he said ah it'll be alright. Yeah he was back the following year :lol
