Carve out time in the morning for you to workout. Not in the afternoon when you're already tired and can talk yourself out of it. I don't have a problem with just doing treadmill though. One exercise I do on it is with nothing running set up a time and run with it off for 20 seconds then rest for 60. Do that for 5 to 10 rounds and you'll be wore out.

I will try your treadmill routine and working out in the morning has been my next big jump for a little while. :thanks
