Camaro convertible

Have a customer that wants one done. The backglass is very small and everything else about those cars doesn’t seem bad. Anything specific to look out for on these?

Take your time on that back window, haven't done the newest model but haven't enjoyed the previous ones at all.

Has a little bit of shrink not much though. Sides have black boarder but top and bottom do not. Cut top and bottom then you'll need to trim off about another 1/16th. Also I think those seals pull on the doors if you're into that kinda thing.

I have this camaro and a good friend of mine wants his side windows redone on his Nissan 370Z so I’m looking forward to having some nice cars added to the portfolio.

370's like to peel in the front bottom corners of the door for some reason. You might pull panels on that one

All joking aside make sure he shows you how to operate the top and actually demos it. I can't tell ya how many times my dumbass has been trying to open one and do it wrong.

Those camaro seals are attached at the rear side of the door.  Pull it up from by mirror and just let it hang. 

 

The seals on the 370 Z are one of the easiest to pull with panel on. Just remove 1 - 10mm bolt at handle pull.
