Cover edges of black out residential tint

Recommended Posts

I'm doing a residential black out on some windows, but due to it bring an older wood frame, it's almost impossible to get a perfect cut that doesn't allow a small bit of light through.  Is there a type of rubber or plastic trim that i can cover up the edges with?

I know this is a bit late and maybe you already know this but.....

You might want to use some low tack masking tape before applying the caulk to the old wood, putty or film, that way when you pull it you can give it the illusion of a good cut edge.
