2019 Genesis G70 3rd brake light removal

Anyone removed one yet? I’m going to try and figure it out but if someone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks

Got it! It’s one nasty biatch. Two clips hold the headliner to the brake near the ends. You’ll need a slightly angled 10mm gear wrench to remove bolts. Bolts are tension so you won’t need to hold bolt while turning. The bolts are long. 3rd blue clip is at center of light. Pop down and remove 3rd brake. 🍻

I was wondering on that side one and just cut it out. Glad to know it's removable.

This is what it looks like out of the vehicle. Everything mentioned above is dead accurate. I use the long handle tool to reach the two outer clips. The center clip will release with a gentle pull after you un screw the 10 mm bolts. Going back in requires as much patience. but will fall into place once you line it up. Headliner is extremely tight. Threading the 10mm back in is challenging. would be much easier with a cordless ratchet " Careful prying around the glass"
