Is the 23 Honda Civic Hatchback the same headaches with the spoiler as the earlier ones?  I looked at pics on line and it doesn't look like it is the same as the ones that was giving everyone fits

30+ year veteran here & I agree with the above opinions. Looks solid to me in fact I would say it is as good as or even better than most. As mentioned if there is trash in the film that is one thing but it looks clean to me. The slight difference where it was very minimally uneven is not enough to worry about. Relax and enjoy your window film.

Anything special to pay attention as far as electronics or is the windshield on the XC90 pretty much straight forward?

Used this advice today as well. Still not fun but would have been a lot worse without the 1/4 window trick!

I would really like to see a test on the factory tinted windows on GM trucks and SUVs. Factory tint on these vehicles, to me, doesn't seem do that much as far as heat rejection.

I use this exact one all the time especially for just a quick light and the magnetic end comes in handy. For rear windows I use the Niroll tintlight.

I have two that you can daisy chain together and it works like a charm. It is probably the best new products for tinting that I have seen.

Wow, I did not realize that. I was under the impression that factory glass offered nowhere near the benefits of what we had to offer.

Can anyone direct me to a well written article explaining the benefits of tinting over factory tint on trucks, SUVs  and vans?

I use Black Pearl HP and have been since they started making it an I have not had anything bad at all. Never one car returned. Just started using Black Pearl Nano Ceramic IR and so far I love it as well. I can't honestly speak to it's longevity because it hasn't be out that long but so far so good. The Black Pearl NR is a lower line but if you stick with Black Pearl HP you should be OK. As far as Black Pearl Nano Ceramic IR, like I said so far so good, I guess only time will tell.

How is the rear window on the 20188 Q5?

Does the rear spoiler on top interfere with shrinking the back glass?

Any issues to watch out for on this one? I have one coming tomorrow  as well

Does anyone know where you can get graphics and decal shareware?
