-
Anchor like a big +
shrink the the top and the 2 humps... leave the extra material in the lower middle dip and install
really easy once you get into it.... a little intimidating at first tho

Couple months ago I was redoing lf roll up on a new dodge truck for 1 spec in it.. it was cottonwood season and I think I redid that bastard 8-10 times before I had one come out without a stupid floating cottonwood thingy in it... I was super peavved too say the least.
and super picky customer...
all the the guy said when I delivered the truck was ' I've never had a problem getting perfect Tint jobs until you...'.
Needless to to say he is now blacklisted... he can go complain about 1 spec somewhere else

If I were to suggest replacing Suntek with something I would suggest you look at Global QDP film. I feel it overcomes all the shortcomings of the st carbon.

Lol! Mos Def !

Lots of places... But they all get a monthly fee for access ... No getting away from that

They are located in California and Interwest is the distributor for 3M there.
Thats the group Patrick the tool guy worked for... They run Zola tools ?? I wonder if they lost MMM ?? Interesting... Oh well...
-
Isn't service group distribution the big MMM distributor ??

only seen that on the 4 door. It'll probably need felt on half the door sweep. Usually the top blade has felt but the bottom blade does not.
Yeah... Next time I should probably read the thread

I've seen a lot of post about them... Seems like the consensus is to remove the spoiler.. They all day the bottom part required so much shrink it need to come off..
Looked like quite a pile of hardware to get it done tho ....

A guy on one of the fb groups posted a video of one. There does seem to be much locking the squeegee blade into the channel and he was pointing out how easily the blade can come out of the channel.. Especially on longer versions.

Yes 24 windows took longer than usual,,I got lucky on lots of houses with new plastic frames that was done so fastMan I bet that was time consuming. Nice job doo!
West side had to clean/precut/remove and clean again and install
They had shalac wood preserve stuff at the edges of the glass and wood splinters etc and 20yr old Pella windows with blinds and removed the inside glass panels/blinds and did the 1st surface of the glass
But wa$ better than doing auto for the day
You did an exterior install ??
-
So have you used it on the dot matrix with window film ??
-
Does that film contain carbon material ??
