Signed up for the global express cut software using my graphtec fc7000-100 plotter
after cutting a pattern machine feeds material at super high speed until end of roll….
help ! I’m burning through material just trying to do test cuts…. Thanks !

First he needs to go demand removal and a refund.
if they refuse hopefully he paid with a credit card... call and contest the charge he just needs to tell them he was extremely dissatisfied with the service.
if he paid cash I would take them to small claims court... that’s his options
that’s a horrible job btw.... sorry man

I have been reading up on the manufacture of the glass and everything appears to say it is regular glass.. just super thin using their new forming / manufacturing process

Hahaha!! I wasted same piece on a new Mazda 6..... first damage in 10 years....
the mazda 6 one had double stick tape and a couple snaps.... like a 2 minute replacement.. the next day air I paid for was more than the part.... those things don’t take much heat!
I shouldnt laugh tho... I actually felt like an ass for making such a stupid mistake... just remember to take care of the situation as you would like it handled if it was your car.

Received my tint light today.
Yes too too the critics... it is like anything in life.. if you want to take the time to source the components you could build one cheaper.. however,
this light is bright, its flexible, I believe Jeff has built them too the highest standards possible for a tool that is not coming out of a production factory. It lights the rear decks very very well !
If if you are on the fence I would spend the money and order one. You can also feel good that you are supporting a fellow window tinter who is trying to help advance our industry !

High speed material feed
in Plotters and Cutting Systems

Update to this.... We were using a Graphtec FC7000-100 plotter and the Digi Cut software and the machine wouldn't work correctly. We contacted Digi and they did a live modification on our software which solved the issue.
Strange thing, the plotter would still never cut through the pattern consistently. (parts would cut totally through and parts would not cut even through the film) We switched to Core and instantly everything cut 100% consistent and without need for software modification.
Perhaps if we had a newer plotter than the FC7000 perhaps the Digi would work as expected ??? Dunno
