Removed a tint last year on a tesla 3 rear window and it didnt take off the wire but the wires colors were un  even .Luckly the customer could live with it . I have someone been begging me to redo one but dont need the headache if the wire get damaged . Has any one removes a model 3 rear window and and the wires look perfect as original .

thats crazy .best  Train new employees . I bought a video series in tinting . I have 4 stages they train in 6 weeks  .I pay them a bonus of each stage $200 when they pass each . It gives them incentive to learn . I usually get detailers experienced . 

would suggest working in a professional shop for a year or so .

hey i am 52 and things piss me off more than when i was young . What pisses me off now are these rich guys trying to beat you down $10 over a $50K car . Back in the day i would say go to the fleamarket then . But with google now you have to bite your tongue and have a smile . f google 

Looking at the madico sunscape residential  line to start selling . Great marketing material  and good specs on the product . But not very popular with installer in florida . Can i get a feedback on there product by any tint shops using it ?  Presently selling llumar but 60 % of people here sell llumar so looking for something unique . 

Got to do  20 re re from a govt vehicles some grand marquis. DId one and soaked it for 5 hrs and still sticking to glass "  using tintoff" and steamer . Some real thin tint . . Some tint just wont separate from glass with out scraper.I assume the glue is so thin the actual tint bakes on glass . Anything new in chemicals to separate tint from glass ?

Been in the business for 25 years and every time a new film comes out it is marketed with hype as the next big thing . You wont find the truth for 5 years to see if it stands up over time . As far as saying Hyundai has stepped up they copy body design from others and looks good on the outside but the true test is over the next 5 years on how it stands up and resale value . You dont see llumar
and 3M comparing themselves to others because they have a track record not a fancy marketing program .It all depends if your business is new to the market you have to compete on a low price till you build up a clientele so you go with cheap film and after a few years move up to the more expensive film you can upcharge .
