Fair dinkum?
Thank god she didn't follow her father.

In the end I think window film lacks credibility.
Interesting observation from one very learned in this industry.

A Mazda CX-9 and a BMW X3...combined just a tad under $1000.

100 French panes both sides....I'm still wading through them and now I'm brain dead.
One side graffiti film, the other a 70% solar...fortunately all delivered.
Glad I can do them at my leisure.

A 2005 M3 BMW and its challenging dot matrix top that "will not accept film to it."
Plus a 100 panes delivered to my factory to film.....15 done and I'm suffering emotional film stress!

You kill me 35!

Not a single thing, yet I still spent nearly $1000 on new tyres
I might barely get one rear for that 35.

I am a fan of Johnsons Silhouette. I have used it for 12 years now and my mentor for around 20 years. I have seen several vehicles I have done over 10 years ago that look as good as they did the day they were tinted and that is in this tropical Florida climate. It is a little too reflective for some peoples taste. I also like Johnson's Marathon line. its not quite as reflective and matches up better with factory tinted glass. I have all the confidence in the world in Silhouette film after thousands of installs. I cannot comment on the other films listed because I have never used them. Good luck on your decision.
I've used a lot of SP35 in the past and so has a mate of mine and we have found that rear screens due to their exposure angle to the sun have crucified this product leading to redos.
To their credit not once have the local arm of JWF ever not failed in compensation to us tinters.

How it shrinks is absolutely no bearing on how it will last in "real time.

Where do all these new labelled films come from?
I'd never get too excited about lifetime warranty and inexpensive film prices.

A customer raises concern about their car being driven around while you have it; you suggest that they take note of the odometer on arrival to give them some peace of mind.
One look at the Ferrari and no one dares ever mention anything like that...anything else is a shitter and why would I want to drive theirs to get my rocks off?
But years ago I can recall a guy setting his trip meter to 0.....the car....a new for the time Ford XD 1980 Cartier.
About the only thing of distinction was the name used by Ford under licence.

It's getting so bad that we had a girl blame us for her horn not working 2 days after tinting it…a 2003 Mazda 6…WTF is wrong with people??
Maybe she should get a new boyfriend.

In all my years and thousands upon thousands of customers, I had one BMW owner (young male moron again) who quizzed me on milk type marks on his bonnet. (Hood USA)
I told him I tinted his windows and not his bonnet.
And the kicker was he claimed he knew every mark on his whole car and I bet even those that hadn't happened yet.
Yes this guy was a fruit loop.

Tinted the brand new 2014 BMW 320d GT today....600 big ones.
Will post a few tricks up on how to get it apart.

Man, knocking back nearly $600 a car to go do Fg at 120 m2..... How do u do that?
Happy to show you 35 and not a felt bucket in sight. Great wording.

I wish you were down here 35 as I've knocked back 2 of them recently at $550 a piece.....I can be selective and it doesn't phase me at all.
However I have just done 6 panes this morning as an alternative for $1,950 @ $125/M.
Knowing where lifestyle is at.

Well done 35.
Hats off to you. -
I've lugged all my tools heat gun ladders film etc on my back catching trains hours away from where I live and walked through paddocks and farms to get to jobs.
Have you lost your car licence 35?

Tinted 2 panes in frost this morning for nearly 500 smackers (one hour) then took the rest of the day off watching my builder at home create another masterpiece.

I'd nearly forgotten they existed....when they came out originally, I was doing one a week, now you never see them thank goodness.

Regardless, to anyone that has ever needed and or wanted to use the Ener here in Aus and has been denied access, I think times, they may be a changing.
That holier than thou exclusivity stuff doesn't cut it these days IMHO.
Remember when Vista was tarted that way years ago? Where is it now? Never heard or come across it since.

I've just done the turbo version and it has the rear wiper which is not included on the base model here in OZ.
Much more awkward to do as a result of it.
The turbo's rear big hatch window is also different having more of an exposed glass surface area albeit fractionally larger.
Next time I'll pull the spoiler....great tip to make life easier.
