  1. Off to a bit of a rough start but it is what it is. How about yourself?
  2. Fronts pull the panels and remove the sweep. Rears you can pop the top and remove the sweep. It makes life a hell of a lot easier on these trucks. In the makes and models section there's a write up with pictures.
  3. Most of that is going to be film dependent. I don't know how much difference there is between the Vinyl Express and the Graphtec but I keep the speed on my Graphtec at 20 and adjust the force from 17 up to 25 depending on what film I have loaded. You're going to need to play around a little and do some test cuts to see what works for you. Assuming you have a new blade and cutting strip I'd start at about 14 or 15 on the force and go from there.
  4. If their prep and delivery team scratched it absolutely they should
  5. that's definitely a possibility, especially if it's just the one window Hard to say 100% without the vehicle in front of me to see it but it sure looks like the glass is scratched. What kind of car is it? Is it new or a demo/used? With the number of them and the direction they're running I'd hazard a guess that the installer prepped the glass with a razor blade and the blade scratched it. Unfortunate but it does happen, especially with some of the softer glass we see on cars today, if that's the case and they're responsible than hopefully they'll do the right thing and take care of it.
  6. Totally agree with you and @DynamicATL on that, gotta stay neutral, don't want to turn into one of those Facebook groups we all dislike. It totally reeks of a hit piece type post, but it's so blatant that I'm sure most if not all will be able to see through it. Like everyone else said, likely a one timer that will never be seen or heard from again. Hey now! You lookin for trouble too? And that's why you're the man bossman
  7. I've had no issues with their Ceramic on one of my vehicles. Both the performance and appearance are as good today as the day I installed it several years ago. How long did you have it? Are you the original installer or did you have it done by a shop?
  8. How long did you have it on your vehicle? I've been running their Ceramic on one of mine for years with no issues both in terms of performance and longevity.
  9. One piece sunstrips, I don't mind the one's that can be done in two so much, as long as I have a plotter anyway.
  10. In terms of percentages my dyed film is priced at about 20% above average and my upgraded film right at average for 2 fronts
  11. I don't tack on any extra, I'm priced a little higher than average for the region on two fronts so I'm coming out ahead just don't quite have as much margin on the ones with quarters. Luckily they're few and far between for me anyway.
