Look at all the folks that need tinters

We are really thinking of hiring a 3rd tinter next summer...
As far as how an applicant should or should not ask about pay, well that is a good question. If I was interviewing someone and that was the first thing out of there mouth, it would turn me off to that person. I realize it is important, however I want someone that really wants to work for me. Someone that has passion for what he does is the most important to me. I would probably start someone off low, atleast the first week. Tinting is a skill and anyone can proclaim it. I would need to see thier work. But trust me on this one, working for us would be great.

[no in not a bad guy. but when you sit there and talk down on me about stupid stuf it shows your atitude .I have a great atitude .but im not going to let some hill billy sit here and degrade me why I sit and say nothing . think about that ! :woowoo
