iwfa.com has some insight for us

Tom Niziolek, President: Director of Sales & Marketing for Madico, Inc.

Harry Rahman, Vice President: the National Director of Customer Relations for Huper Optik

John Parker, Secretary: owner of National Security & Window Filming

Gregg McKay, Treasurer: sales rep for CPFilms & is now Commercial Manager

Scott Haddock: president of GlassLock

Brian Goad: Director of U.S. Sales & Distribution for Beckaert Specialty Film, LLC

Jack Audino: Jack and his wife own Sunblockers in Redding, Ca.

Victor Lowery: the owner of Victor?s Tint and Graphics in McComb, MS

Cindy Rotton: District Representative with CPFilms, Inc.

no FTI / sun-guard mentioned :spit

president is a revolving position FTI's man may have held the seat in the past

I think they are instrumental in promoting legislation to keep window film laws in the state's power

and NOT the NHTSB

.......federally regulating tint and eliminating any

need for aftermarket automotive window film installers,

would cut the legs out from under this industry.

I think the manufacturers should bear the burden of dues

as opposed to the shop owners

which is pretty much how it is today

:lol2

:gasp

To every coin there 2 sides-but I am under the impression that the IWFA is the only representation the film industry has when it comes down to it-they lobby on our behalf in states trying to further squash this industry-For that fact alone the IWFA is okay in my book! :gasp ss

Key thing is recognition in the world out there. The IWFA allows us to be recognized as a true industry.

It is not totally of what they can do for you, it is involvement from everyone.

If it wasn't for the IWFA, many states would not be allowing film on any autos what so ever. That alone, it is well worth the few bucks each year.

Tint associations are like eunuchs looking after a harem. :beer

Whilst ever they show a blind eye to !llegal tinting and don't reel in their irresponsible distributors, then the whole mob are toothless tigers.

Goldilocks has more pull. :thumb

You got it. Without the watchdog legislation would pass thru unnoticed until to late.
