Skiing in Angel Fire New Mexico

Well it is almost time for our Christmas vacation. We are skiing for 2 days at in NM. I am afraid to ski :hmmm but I will try ALMOST anything once :nono

Angel Fire is a mild ski resort...You'll like it. :lol6 Then go up the road to TAOS for the REAL thing. :DD Taos is STEEP AND Tough! Angel fire doesn't get the snow the rest do. There is a small off the road place called Sipapu that would be right up your ally. Small, friendly, pretty area, not intimidating. It's between Sante Fe and Taos. Sante Fe mountain is also real nice, I like the place, plus you get that great food and ambience of Sante FE, and it's only about a 15 minute drive up the mountain from Sante Fe. Did I mention you need to hang in Sante Fe for at LEAST a day? :nc It's me and the wife's favorite place for a ski vaca now. The food is simply outstanding. :idea
