The complaints were for the most part baseless in that the patterns in any automated cutting system are not designed, nor can they ever be, to line precisely up to the edge each and everytime. They are for the pulled-backed type install and for shavers or filers.

why don't plotter programmers and manufacturers say this in the first place? ever booth I've ever gone to at SEMA has said that their patterns are a perfect fit everytime. not one ever said that plotter patterns are for shavers and filers. they're geared towards high volume shops and those manufacturers that would rather set up a dealership with inhouse tinting than help out the established shops. those are the ones who most likely would NOT be filing or shaving.
