that must suck dood!!! I sleep like a frickin log everynight. Even if I dont drink on fridays and saturdays and go to bed by 10-11pm..... I still sleep till 10-11am the next mornin!!

I'd suggest that you adjust your schedule to accompany 8 hours of sleep. I had the same issue, and solved it without alcohol. You need to train your brain to shut down for 8 hours. Running this board will interfere with this goal, so you have to overcome the need to stay awake late at night. Just my input

works great for a full 8 hours of sleep....
