Corners and edges sometimes need to be squeegeed hard, and then "held" into place for a few seconds. This will allow it to tack.

I usually get that problem on the top corners of my hood install. But if I hold it into place it sets up.

Well yes but I also have a bottle of plain water, tint slip solution and alchohol.

have a ppf teflon 2 sleeves, felt block, black ppf rubber, and an olfa

I am doing a 2006 Sierra today and I am having a heck of a time Getting the edges to stick. I am leaving like a :lol2 double micro gap as if it were tint. Is it normal to have to let it sit for a while then go back over it?

Thanks!! :lol2

you have to either cut it were the edge of the film is on a flat part of the body along the edges or wrap it around ..if the film is over hanging very slightly were is curves in or around.the film doesnt have enough grip or surface to hand onto and it will lift up..just trim it back some so it isnt hanging over any edges. :dunno
