A poison in your food?

Recommended Posts

Excellent documentary showing how dangerous artificial sweetener Aspartame is. From its history, to its effects this video is enough to shock anyone into really looking at there food labels next time they shop. Aspartame is a toxic food that came into the world as an investment By Donald Rumsfeld, while ignoring the deadly effects the tests showed. Take a good look at this video, it could save lives.

Yeah, I've known about this for years, but I can't give up my diet coke (or any other diet soda). =(

I did really well there for a while and drank almost nothing but water for weeks!

I've cut back to about 3 a day now.

It's rough!

I've been drinking more water. Last year when I was drinking a gallon or more a day I felt pretty good. Of course, I was going to the bathroom every 7 minutes.

According to the wonderful books I've read by Dr. Batman here's the minimal amount of water most people should get.

Take your weight in pounds. Take the number and make it ounces. Divide that number by 2.

So, if you weigh 175 lbs. You need 87.5 ounces a day (almost 3 quarts).

Obviously if you work hard and sweat you'll need a lot more.

So I guess the water in my coffee and the water in my diet soda are not counting :thumb but what about the water in stuff like PowerAid? :thumb I’m strung on the blue stuff. :tantrum

According to the good Doctor Batman that doesn't count. =(

Back when I was in health class in Jr. high they said any liquid counted.

The water with barley and hops doesn't count either. =(
