I don't know. :lol2 I've always made a point of explaining every thing I've had as a post installation complaint to new customers, such as in/outside visibility, night time defogger lines, drying time etc, I even had a care and cleaning sheet printed out with all this info that I give/ explain to them before the work is done so that I know we are both on the same page and it cuts these kinds of complaints down dramatically. :lol2

Always talk to customer about shades and their effects on car,and sight at night so I have no comebacks, do this after having one back for redo due to being to dark and not giving enough info. SO ALWAYS MAKE SURE I DO IT NOW. :lol2

had guy complain yesterday that with his sunglasses on he gets a rainbow reflection on the tint at certain times of the day and he cant live with it . He was really upset about it . He left pissed off.

polarized glasses will do that when your looking through the film on the inside.
