my driver places the film and vinyl on the ground like its a box of egg shells.....but then tosses the car audio equipment out of the back like a cat p1ss1ng on the floor. I don't get them sometimes. I would call ST and UPS and say wtf??? Give your supplier a heads up of the damage, they might send you a replacement roll, until the claim can be resolved.
