60" rolls??

From a supplier's perspective, I certainly see the benefit of using a 60". As mentioned already, there is less wasted film and is usually easier to handle, allowing for a quick quality install. We mark down the price per square foot for the full roll pretty drastically because it benefits us in that we no longer have to sit on a warehouse full of 20"s and 24"s. Efficiency is the name of the game.

they ship it in the full 60" box. u have to cut the box down to size

I like 60's cut to 38/22 But if I do get 40 the top half always covers the windshield strip so it's not to much of a waste.

When you have your 60's split do they come in seperate boxes or still in the 60" box?

We will do this either way for you. Separate is more popular.

i get 60's but have them split. smartest way to do it is 29/31 or 28/32

I completely agree. Unless you are using a plotter 40" produces the most waste.

You'll kick yourself with just keeping 36" rolls around if you ever get a Hyundai Genesis Coupe to do. They are definitely larger than 36"

what about later model grand prix 4dr's...they must be close too. I havent done one since I started only carrying 40"...but I know there isnt a whole lot left of a 40" piece....
