Beveled is better used on auto install and the 'squared' version is better for flat glass. They also make a 'Narrow' that is 5"x1 3/8", which is better for safety film installs, both auto and flat glass.

I hate the Beveled ones for auto....gives it to much Flex for My taste. :zzz

That was my experience when first using it. But since then I've learned the bevel in engineered to flex, which creates a fulcrum point, delivering greater force to the surface. :facepalm:lol

I like how the beveled blue max can reach into tight areas around rollups.
