how can i get more jobs on residential/ commerial??

how much do you do now?

well we do a lot of small jobs for commerical.. we've done couple whole buildings... we can pretty much do anything as long as we don't have to use a really high ladder....

I'd give you some advice but my competition is watching :lol

you can message it to me.. so ur competition won't see... hehehe!

I'm not competition... I'm like some small grocery store next to walmart.... lol

Know your product, the competition and what they offer inside and out. Understand the different glass types and shading issues. Be a licensed contractor if your state requires it and well insured. I would also suggest dressing to impress, you get back what you put into things. :boogie

Imitate what successful companies are doing and try to do it 10% better.

Remember what's important (Family-Friends-Ethics)

Don't take it personally or it will drive you nuts. .

Pound th pavement, go to architects meetings ,join trade groups, work out your lingo on what your selling and why, Network, network , network !! Visit glass companies. grease the managers wheels !!! Eat sleep and breath the products that you sell !! And above all , be honest !! dont overstate things , don't criticize your competition, and be polite !! Good Luck !!!
