Blackout film - just not dry yet??

Welp, nothing has changed. It looks the same.... Going to go back over tonight and see if I can figure out what the heck is the problem.

So far they have been very patient with this.... Hopefully it turns out to be something incredibly simple. lol

Wasn't cheap film....

Turned out to be crap on the front surface of the glass. Went over with my scraper and scraped the glass. My guess is it was whatever junk they used to clean the glass with??? I dunno... A lot of it came off with one or two passes of the blade, but there was still some that I had to go over several times before it came off. The water wasn't black like normal dirt from a window that hadn't been cleaned in 50 years....

So I have no idea what it is.... but it comes off.
