Brain Fart!!

So im thinking bout trying something different on the dots. No more vinyl. No more scrubbing and sanding. Soon as the next car comes in, im gunna try the spray on Plasti-Dip. Seening as this stuff is removable, tape off the backglass at the bottom of the dots and the headliner just incase. But from my experience with this stuff on other things like wheels and other random automotive parts on the body i figured it wouldnt hurt to try. Any thoughts on this guys???

Years ago we tried spray painting the matrix. It looked great but it was a pain to mask everything off and it only lasted a couple of years. I'd be interested in hearing about your experience with the Plasti-Dip stuff though.

I think it will be a challenge to get the film to transition against the paint line

Tint backglass first, let dry while doing doors, then comeback to tape off then pasti-dip last...like i said the stuff comes off easily and is way different than spray paint...its worth a shot anyways. Bout the same amount of work if not less really, unless youre putting vinyl in the plotter.

Let it hang. Tint the glass-peel the film off the matrix...let the film and glass dry. Apply film to glass with even motion. Or I guess you could just spray paint it.
