In a bit of a predicament

A bit of advise here please people

I am thinking of moving units.... Again.

I got a new unit about 9 months ago signed a 3 yr lease it's about 1000sq ft so it's a decent enough size

The rent is cheap enough,

However I hardly seem to be in it as I spend more time at someone else's unit in a much larger town on a well known industrial estate say 15 miles away

I'm thinking about relocating over there,

I seem to do well over that area

Thing is I have access to the other unit for pretty much free for jobs over there,

Should I relocate to a nicer unit, in a better location (by miles) surrounded by delerships

The rent will be almost double,

Or stay put and pay cheap rent and travel as and when required, that said I would still have to travel to get to work,

I currently do a lot of trade/dealer stuff and go to them at the dealerships.

Can you even get out of the lease? 

 

Double rent isn't exactly nothing... but, if being in that other spot brings in more then enough, then it doesn't really matter.

You have to be were the work is but you can't leave your lease in bad terms it will bring problems later.

problem solved, 

 

staying put, landlord is kindly fitting a new roller shutter, and its all getting made pretty inside,

 

done a deal for the other place too (FOC), i can have a sign and theres always someone there to take enquiries, so its a win win, a cheap very smart unit of my own, and another free unit in a different location!
