Illegal exhaust is all good until some idiot uses his off-road pipes and races down the street @ 2:00 in the morning waking everyone up in the neighborhood. Sign writing or blacked rear screen is ok until the driver backs into your car or almost takes out your family backing out of a parking spot. Taillight tinting looks cool until you hit the SOB because you couldn't tell they were hitting the breaks. Hell, you might as well sell a kid a gun and hear in the news that he shot and killed himself or a friend. Who cares right, you made your money!

I wouldn't film tails because it tends to look janky, but I did a light spray on the turns of my bimmer..
