Anybody tinted one of these? The back window looks tricky.

The rest looks easy though.

Sweet car. There will be urethane to clean out and the inner dimensions will be a lot larger that the outer, so I'd make a pattern from the inside from old liner or freezer paper, then use the pattern to cut, then shrink on the outside as normal.

Thanks that's a good idea. The thing is I'm in Iowa visiting so I mailed a roll here. Therefore I have no scrap liners.

It was painted in early 90s. It actually looks like there's a rubber seal that pinches the rear glass in there. I'm more worried about the reverse curve.

The curve doesn't look that bad. You should have no problems with it. Don't use as much slip so the film will tack up faster while trying to stretch it. Good Luck! :thumb

Hey cracker :lol2 it's just funny to be able to say that lol I think you'll be surprised with that backglass. It lays out pretty easy. I'm pretty sure you can cut to fit on the outside and then trim the edges on the inside(which will wind up long). The top and bottom should be pretty straight forward. The sides will have to be trimmed on the inside. That rubber border will probably be your biggest headache . Nice car. Good luck with it :cool
