I only stock 40, 24. With 1 old roll of 20 for brows. Usually don't need it until they want a different vlt brow than the rest.

Good luck turning a F250 front window pattern sideways on a 36" roll.

You just have to hand cut because you loose usable surface area cutting with the plotter.

I actually have (hand cutting)

The only car so far that ice come across that might be an issue is an older Eclipse.

What's odd is the first one I did covered just barley. The next one was fractions of an inch short.

Either one roll was cut a litter wider than the other or I paid more attention to how I positioned the film the first time.

i buy 60 split 24 36. supllier stocks 22 38 22 does f150 24 for f250/350 and some BG's

I keep 20", 24" and 40" in stock at all times for auto films. I have never bought a 60" and had it split, even though my manufacturer will do that. It would probably save me some $$$ though.

40" for doors and 30" for back glass. We double cut so we split the 40 down the middle.
