I bulk everything but hood and fender kits, generally.

Lol that's funny, I bulk hoods and fenders and kit the bumper and headlights. Mirrors are a crap shoot. Depends on how the kit fits lol

I guess it all depends on peoples' training. I have dealt with dealerships who prefer bulk hood and fender kits, but I definitely prefer the time savings of the precut kits. As for bumpers, I prefer them to be seamless if possible. Admittedly, bulking bumpers takes a lot more time.
