How to prep rear glass properly?

Yep I am stubborn and watched a guy struggle to roll a rear glass on,,,but it works nice for flat glass

And 65in or less,,,the drop roll is very nice,,,my arms won't do 72in,,lol

I did learn a few things thru the yrs

It's a work in progress for me. Getting the film on is getting easier and easier. Just a few small issues to work on and I'll probably transfer to the reverse roll.

Ralph has a video that made me love the reverse roll again. When i first started i had the hardest time unrolling the film on to the glass. In ralphs video he actually unrolls the film onto the rear deck carefully, then slides his arms underneath and sticks it to the glass like frankie style and slides it down into place. Works awesome. Ive done some that way with no contamination at all.

I think I've asked enough and majority of the group rolled on the glass. Not to say you can't get a good result like this. It just didn't work any better than franky for me.

I'll try it tomorrow, I always unroll film straight on glass and usually it's not exactly where it should be so I need to move all film few centimetres, maybe it can be common mistake...

look for TTC method, texas tint chick

search it, it works,

now your ok cleaning your getting shit down the sides,

paper towel them sides and ttc,

will see a massive difference
