Grrrrrrr

Did a install about 2.5 months ago... Still haven't been paid. Get a call last week that there is some "sticky stuff" on the film that "must be the glue" from installing it. ...smh. They insist I go remedy the problem.. It's a 3 hour drive each way. ... Apparently they don't own a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels.

A couple of years ago was called to a site because the Occupants could not clean the dry erase film on their wall.

"We have tried EVERYTHING nothing takes the marks off!!"

A little dish soap on a damp rag later.....

What was the problem....???. :facepalm2

I would tell them that their almost 90 days past due. If they don't plan on paying .then you'll have to go threw collection.did they sign of on the job? Then they need to pay. I guess just drive out there to clean all that glue that you left behind.J.J. maybe tell them if there cleaning service can't clean it off with soap and water then you will go out there and see what it is . It comes with a service charge.I'm sire you did a good job. I always try to keep my customer happy it might lead to more work.ask them if the check is in the mail .
