We are doing the low carb diet and I've lost 16 lbs in two weeks. The thing I've done the last few years is eliminate pop and healthier eating choices. NO PROCESSED FOODS. Now we do not eat anything with sugar in it. Didn't realize how addicted we were to it until finally I began to feel better and had more energy to make it through each day.
