This is insane... unless I'm getting screwed. But I really, really don't think that's the case. (or I'm just hoping it's not bad enough that I believe it to be true. lol)

Morning gents. Well here's the meals for the month. Of course open the boxes and there's 7 packets inside. Each one is about 100 calories. Eating 5 of those a day then one regular meal whenever. I know it's super low calories but I don't plan on doing this forever. Just wanna jump start the weight loss.

Yeah been making sure water intake is up as well. They do have another program as well 3&3 which is 3 snacks 3 meals. I may jump to that after the initial.

Maybe start with the easier one and move up to the other. :dunno
