18% Carbon is a good match from the inside?;the outside look the same as long as non reflective films but this is a GM truck factory rear that meters at 18%

A new Dodge truck factory tinted rear door metered at 22% so thats probly why 14% film looked abit to dark

If front only is being tinted...20%. If rear gets tint i do 15% then.

I have run into this issue with customers before when tinting their front windows when they have existing privacy glass in the back. I now always let them know upfront that if they are looking to match the front and back, the appearance of them film from the outside is usually a close match but the appearance of the film/glass from the inside wont match between the front aftermarket film and the rear factory privacy glass.

 

Sometimes the will go ahead and go for the closer match and sometimes the will drop down a shade to 30%
