paintless dent removal and clear bra

Couple of questions...

If you get a dent on a vehicle with a clear bra and go to have the dent removed ( paintless dent removal ) 

1 - Would you need to remove the film on the panel that has the dent ?

 

2 - Would the film be damaged  or deformed/stretched after they  they pull out the dent from the inside ( back of the panel ) i.e. door dent.

 the film needs to be removed, so glue pulling can work , also to be able to see the tip of your tool behind the panel you may need the metal with no wrap on it....

I've seen it both ways. I've seen technicians able to push some out from behind with the film in place but if they're using any type of glue pulling the film will need to be removed.

Interior removal;no film removal. If support on interior panel is in the way, then PPF will need to be removed for glue pulling.
