Shawn has been in the plastics game since 8tracks. He built the SolarFx brand name and designed the color for CarbonFx personally, or at least was directly involved with it,,,, if I am not mistaken. Have you ever seen the color of the CarbonFx line? I have never seen another film directly available to us that is close to that color of film, in my opinion. Of course. I haven't seen all of them out there, but it definitely unique.

I got one for anyone who is slightly adventurous,,,, Spaghetti Grilled Cheese = spaghetti, noodles & sauce, sliced mozzarella, garlic toast. If toast is to tall, roll with pin. Make as you would a grilled cheese sandwich. It’s actually rather good.

I don’t know what it is either. I’m not sure if it’s the Chevy’s, but GMC Denali’s for sure. the more you clean it, the whiter it gets. It’s not worth the risk to me to try and pull all 4 panels and this still might happen.

This problem is going up to the 2017 models also. I've got one sitting here that is 06/17 and had to pass on it. The test spot turned white immediately. Not doing it. I will have to try and fix the other set of panels that are messed up. Thanks for the suggestions. Will let you know how it goes.

That would be considered clear in the automotive industry. AKA = green glass (or yellow of you're Toyota ) That is what most newer "clear" windows meter.

It looks like that is an SUV and that is factory tinted glass. Sooo, I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that is dog nail scratches on factory tint. Where someone's little pupper got mad at being in the car and went to town on that window.

I've tied the NT blades and am just not a fan. The first time I almost got a piece of one in my eye from snapping it, I put them down for good. They brake and dull to easily for me. But, I bet those carbon 30° blades are surgeon type sharp.

I dump most of the cores as soon as I can so they don't pile up. But I do keep the end caps and put them in 40" boxes. My former distributer said that was what he wanted saved most. I think he said they cost more than cores ? Someone who distributes will get my stash at some point.

Okay guys, I just got off the phone with 1010Tools (Dragon Distributing) and somehow they have acquired a stock of the Blue Label Olfa blades that we all love so much. I specifically remember a conversation on here about how the Olfa blades had changed and were dulling quicker, and someone mention that the older ones with the blue label were the good ones. Well 1010Tools has them. So give them a call and get you some before they disappear again. You're Welcome.

What do you guys do about "pits" (weld splatter) in the glass that has a defroster? I know a side window or quarter you can blade it down as best as possible and let it ride,,,, but what about when it's the rear glass?? How do you knock them down without hazing the glass with sandpaper ??
