I know alot of people, many times for good reasons, get irritated by their customers. I want to know, who pampers their customers? What extra steps (above and beyond) does your business take to make sure that the customer leaves happy? :spit

I wash every car I tint at no charge and usually vaccum them if I have the time, doesnt cost me anything but a little time but it goes a long way torward making them happy.

I'm a push over when it comes to my customers. I hate for anyone to leave feeling upset, unless it is unavoidable. IE: they scratched their tint and want me to replace it for free.

I believe the customer is always right :thumb

I don't believe the customer is always right, but I like to try to make them happy. I was just curious if anyone does cool stuff, like pickup/dropoff, loaner car, real comfortable waiting room, a beer while you wait, etc.
