immediate family would do for free as it advertises work

relatives beyond that maybe charge for tint and a bit extra if quiet and favour could be returned

friends or friends of freinds the going rate

cetain memebers of our society who always want to knock you down in price charge extra then knock it down to regular price so they think they are getting a good deal :lol6

It's my headache, reall problem....

Mainly I am doing this job only for tinters salary :lol2

And mainly very xpensive cars of my friends...They think that as they are rich people I must do my work 4 free. Once I tinted S class (new one) for electronic shop netwprk owner. As alwats he ask me a discount. As he is not big friend and I was tired this week from free jobs I told: OK. ut I need DC for one Year in Your shop.

We tinted for full price :lol2

But friends and relatives are headache.

When they don't get discount they think You are bad man - :lol2 they think I have to work for soup :lol2

cant blame em though. you'll never get a deal unless you ask. I tell em everyone knows someone. beat my experience, film, at any other shop and ill match after I verify it.

I recently had an aunt of mine get mad that I would do her car for free. She told my grandma on me :lol2

Grandma was like "Oh well baby, you have a business to run and a family to feed".

Mother or grandma, no questions asked, free.

Otherwise, regular price, oh well I did dicsount $10 for my uncle :lol6

      Take a look at 3M's Nightvision or LLumar's Dual Reflective series, they both have a warm tone to them.

      Steer clear of Black Armour, Suntek, ASWF. The others are good choices if you are in Australia. Check out the reviews of the installer too. It’s not just the materials that have to be proper. Never go for the cheapest!!!

      Residential Film without blue hue?

      Hey guys I am in the process of having window film installed in my home but have a question about which brand I should go with. Hoping yall can help me out. I have a room that faces a busy street and as a result my blinds pretty much always stay closed. I love having natural daylight but not so much people being able to see what i'm doing in my room/all my expensive equipment. I used to work in the window film industry as a helper/installer/salesman when I was in highschool and we did a lot residential/commercial work. The specific brand of film we used always left a certain blue and cool appearance. Is there any brand of residential film that does not have this effect? I mainly just cannot stand having blue light amplified and am looking for a film that has a neutral shade to it or even a warm/yellow hue. I have single pane windows and I do not necessarily care about heat rejection but if I have to pay more for a ceramic film rather than a dual reflective or a standard film I am willing to if that helps solve the issue. Again, any help is really appreciated with this there are so many new window film brands out there and it really is cool to see how far the industry has come.

      Automotive Tint Comparison

      LLumar, 3M and Solargard have in the industry as far back as the genesis of window film mid-1960's). Solargard is the younger of the three and all others came to play in the last 20 or so years. I've had all three on my vehicles over the years and my current is 3M Crystalline on my Jeep since 2015. It still has stable color, scratch coat is holding strong and impeccable adhesive clarity. Never been garaged. My choice toady would be 3M or LLumar.

      Hook up with Glassy Business and get all the ins and outs of pro vs DIY with window film. That company goes back way before my retirement in 2015. I want to believe they are/were a Vista Film dealer and I cannot remember the owner's name. Peace out.

      Once more thank you, you are the best I been looking at the specs for the products you mention and info into tinting a window. I recently did wrap my wife's car and it turn out really nice, for what I have been seeing tinting a window is similar and I am tempted to do it myself. With that said I can't find any place to buy the products you mention, I found quite a few films in Amazon but they seem sketchy. There is other web sites selling films but the ones you mention I can’t locate, anyhow is there any place where I can buy this products?
