after a busy week, starting next week with no appointments booked. my location is new and I'm not running any ads right now, but just wondering some techniques others might use when it gets slow.

just remembered the county fair was going on. and around here trucks pulls and demolition derby are taken very seriously. may be contributing to my lack of customers this week.

Relax and enjoy it , cause it's not gonna last forever. Its nice to get a day off once in awhile

I talk to people on the streets, at the store, restaurant, wherever I am I tell them they have a nice looking car and how much better it would look with tint. That's it 98% of the time I get the job.

go to the fair and hand out business cards? Sponsor a banner at the fair if they have them? Hit the cold calls for flat glass if you can take some time away from the shop....

the sad part is a customer always comes in about halfway through a good movie so I tell them they will half to come back in about an hour

I always seem to get a custy when I sit down to eat something. never fails, walk-in or phone rings. of course, I'm a greedy one so I just let my food get cold. however, in celebration of your ethics, next time I will tell them to pizz off for 30 minutes.
