Shrink it normal like any other side window. It's no where as bad as a vette to shrink. The secret it pulling the door panel it's all down hill from there.

I practiced on one window really quick and had a bunch of fingers on the sides. Maybe I just didn't shrink it enough??? Thanks.

I had one panel nearly off once, but the panel seemed to be hung up somewhere like 6 inches below the tweeter on the inside so I said fudge it. I didnt want to chance breaking anything.

There is a little post there, you just have to pull it out a little further. When you put it on you have to line that post up with the hole it goes in, a little tricky, I just lay on the ground and reach my arm up there and put it in the hole.

I see. I bet thats what my buddy said he snips off before reinstalling the panels
