MADICO buys Solamatrix

Recommended Posts

I cant open DARTZ BANK - as when I give :money to somebody - I forget about :lol2

I mean I never get them back. So - I strongly don't reccomend You to invest in DARTZ BANK.

My strong opinion ONE & ONLY thing You have to invest YOUR OWN BUSINESS, which YOU CONTROL.

Regarding BANK RESQUE.

You are partly right. I don't know American laws - in Latvia bank have no resque.

They have to payback some $50,000 which is garanteed by gov.

So if there are Yours $1,000,000 forget about.

When Lemon falled down - HOW MANY PEOPLE FALLED TOGETHER?

And regarding cars - YOU DONT BUY. But how many people BUY?

When bank start gift money here all youngsters 20-25 start buy 50K cars.

They thought it's a gift.

Now Latvia in deeeepst ass You can imagine.

Sorry, for stupid question - still can't realise WHAT EXACT BOUGHT MADICO.

And do they really think they won't loose last customer after yearly sale?

Just IMHO...

No, Madico bought Solamatrix, and now is the owner. Nothing will change, for now at least. I think Solamatrix just needed funding due to poor sales, and a poor product (this is my guess).

OK. Will try to specify.

What had Solamatrix-SunGard.

Manufacturing facilities - laminator, it cost nothing?

Brand?

Customers?

Wasn't it just capitalist sharks trick?

They was bought some year ago (may be two).

Guys, this is just big cheating....

The acquisition was made to give Madico more manufacturing capacity.

Do You know Solamatrix capacities?

Wasn't it easier to buy laminator?

Coater?

i am lost leo. your english is usually a bit better.

OK. Will try slower. As far as I know there are NO anything serious at Solamatrix - just laminator.

They buy Solamatrix because it was cheaper than buy new laminator?

Why don't MADICO buy FTI when it was sold previous times?

Why they did it know from chinese investors?

Leo I think that laminator was built by Fred Flintstone :mad

Madico doesnt have the facilities, or land rather(unless they relocate), to grow. Buying Solamatrix is a way they can grow, using their laminators/facilities. I know you hate capitalism Leo, but this the way Americans spend their dollars freely to make more money. There is nothing wrong with that.

OK. I will try to explain You what we lean in University.

Believe me - no propoganda, I hope after Lemon Bros and Maddock tricks You will think hard about what I am telling here.

F

I don't get your analogy Leo, I have 5 cars for myself and 1 for my wife.

I think people are confusing terms here.

Leo understands capitalism as banker oligarchies, we usually associate the term with free markets.

So there's a disconect when people from the east and west discuss ideology.

I'd agree with Leo in the fact that centralized fiat currency banking is a really bad idea.

The American congress was given the power to coin money and set the value thereof. They gave that power up to foreign owned bankers who issue our currency as debt at interest. All money in circulation is owed back to them at interest, it can never be paid back.

That isn't the free market. The market is the only thing keeping the banking oligarchy alive.

Socialism on the other hand which I DO NOT subscribe to is what I assume Leo would favor. Total means of production owned by the state, with no motivation for innovation or competition, a complete welfare state.

If we could cast off this fiat currency banking system and return to real money and a real free market for America, with imported goods heavily tariffed, this country would turn around in a year and be the shining example it once was.

Madico did buy SunGard to increase manufacturing output. Not because they are selling more window film than they can make. Madico began manufacturing Photo-voltaic films for the solar panel industry a number of years ago, which is very profitable, but also take time off the line from producing window films. Buying another production facility was a smart move. Purchasing new units plus the facility to operate them in is very costly and time consuming. Purchasing an operational factory, ready to begin production, plus the branding and international distribution that comes with it, makes sense.
