Looks like the window is cracked on the outside pane and not because of the film, impact of some kind.

If you are going to replace it for them have it thempered.

Best advice! Spend a couple extra bucks and show it was just a freak thing.

( we all know it was an impact of some kind)

to absorbant of a film was used. What did you put on that window.

It looks like pretty dark film to me.

I wouldn't use DR 25 on a half-round; it's already at peak limit for clear dual-pane without other factors much less place it on risky glass such as this. Rounded cuts are never clean; they always have been snipped, one or multiple times, to achieve sizing.

Tempered will cost a bundle in comparison but worth it to be able to use DR25; never mind the bird, ball or :moa
