Is anyone having problems with these? A few of them I have tinted have started acting crazy. Bad enough to have them warrantied. I pull the top of the panel back and remove the seals.

It might be the film on the back window causing problems with the remote lock. Some metallic films can cause interference with them. Not sure about this model, but on some cars the antenna for the lock is alongside the rear window defroster, made of the same material.

I just did a 10 Malibu and the locks were freaking out. She said they were fine the next day so I assumed water got in there somehow. I have an 11 Malibu to do tues I hope it doesn't happen again.

I've had this problem on two of them and they both went away. Prob just water in the switches.
