Ceiling height

id prob make one bay with a high ceiling for big trucks ect..........and the other bays a average ceiling height......... some thing easier to cool and heat in the winter/summer months

9 foot would be fine for most stock or slightly modified pick up trucks and perfect for any car....have to watch your head if you are in the back of the truck to stand up sometimes but otherwise it is fine....some CB antennas will drag the ceiling though...

Ya I will be a bit tight but we have an option of using a side building for larger projects. Probably 95% of our work will fit in the shop. Pretty stoked, place won't be available officially for a few months but will be able to start moving some stuff down there and be good to go by January. Making an offer today on lease terms. /nervous
