25 degree blade for tint?? They don't exist?

Recommended Posts

Okay, so I'm looking for the "25 degree tint blade" for my plotter without having to go through the manny.  I Googled them to find they don't exist. I can get 30's 45's and 60's but NO ONE makes 25's.  Yet that's what the manny says will cut film. What do you think?  Do the mannys do this to keep us buying from them or are these blades only made FOR them? I think we could all save a few bucks by buying 30 degree blades. Anyone with me on this?

Do yourself a favor and call the guys at Clean Cut Blades. They will set you straight on what you should use. I use their blades for PPF, window film and vinyl. They last forever and just talking to the gave me a lot of insight on how I should set my plotter settings and what blade degrees are for what. Give them a call. Plus they give discounts to TintDude guys, not that their prices are bad in my opinion.
