Film to windows in the house ?

Recommended Posts

No warranty... what are you going to do if the films fails? Are you willing to re-tint at no charge or are you going to break it to the customer that you sold him automotive film with no residential/commercial warranty?

20% vlt probably dyed film... what is everyone going to think about window film when this stuff turns purple?

We all need to sell film in order to make a living but we also need to preserve the reputation of the industry while doing so. :twocents

We also need distributors to be more select full who gets film. Guys like this are the ones the industry does not need

Yes. Didn't you read any of the responses before you moved forward?

Why do you think they make two different types of film?

One for cars and one for residential/commercial?

Don't ask a question if your not even going to wait for an answer.

Responses like that is what I feel keep some of the newer members from sticking around!  Your experience level is where? Keep in mind some members are from different countries and may not completely understand all the time and might ask questions to verify what we might be trying to explain.

:bingo  :yeah   Not everybody can respond as fast as others.  For whatever reason.

Better to ask a question twice(dumb or otherwise) and make sure you understand.

Now I understood. I did it for a friend and did not know that the glass can be damaged. I told him this but he said that was because so far nothing has happened. I said that it was too dark foil and do not know if you can at home. Thank you
